'Parenthood' to bring back Ray Romano

Maybe Sarah isn’t done with Hank yet?

Ray Romano will reportedly reprise his role as the mopey photographer who stole Sarah’s (Lauren Graham) heart on Parenthood. Deadline reports that Romano is expected to star in up to 14 episodes when the drama from Jason Katims returns to NBC on Thursdays at 10 this fall.

NBC would not comment.

Romano segued to the family drama after his critically-acclaimed series Men of a Certain Age wasn’t renewed by TNT. The season ended with Hank leaving town to be closer to his daughter.

Critics are hoping that Emmy voters show some much-deserved love to Parenthood this September, especially given Monica Potter’s performance last season as a breast cancer survivor.
