Just 13 days after announcing basist Ted Dwane would be undergoing emergency surgery for a blood clot on the surface of his brain, Mumford & Sons announces a rescheduled slate of shows for the rest of their North American tour.
In an online announcement on the Mumford & Sons website, the band stated,
Due to Dwane’s condition, the band was forced to cancel their headlining Bonnaroo performance, which was filled in by Jack Johnson. Mumford & Sons is still scheduled to perform at this year’s Glastonbury Festival, headlining the festival’s last day on Sunday, June 30.
