Quick work by a very quick search engine.

After the Supreme Court announced their decision to strike down DOMA, Google released a very special — and multi-colored — Easter egg within their search tool. When users search ‘Gay’ by itself or with any other related words such as ‘gay marriage,’ the search results page gets a special rainbow surprise. A spokesperson for Google told EW, “Google is fully supportive of equal rights for all — in the run-up to major pride events, we’ve been running a fun ‘easter egg’ (just as in past years) that shows a rainbow flag around the search box when people search for these events or related terms.”

Well played, Google!
