EXTRA! EXTRA! Tweet all about it! Another celebrity is using Twitter as their virtual pulpit.

At least this time, it’s a respectable (and coherent) Twitter rant. Rashida Jones tweeted her disdain for celebrity slutty selfies over the weekend, admonishing her lady peers to “stop acting like whores.”

“This week’s celeb news takeaway: she who comes closest to showing the actual inside of her vagina is most popular,” the Parks and Recreation actress wrote.

Lest she be labelled a grade-A prude: “Let me clarify. I don’t shame ANYone for anything they choose to do with their lives or bodies. BUT I think we ALL need to take a look at what we are accepting as ‘the norm.’”

Could “the norm” have anything to do with certain rear-end reveals by a reality queen and a pop star? Or perhaps  a buxom lady rapper?

“There is a whole generation of young women watching. Sure, be SEXY but leave something to the imagination,” she wrote, before concluding with a well-timed male-objectification joke: “Also, calling on all men to show me dat ass.”

Bravo, Ms. Jones. She identified a troubling trend, made a PSA, a hashtag, and a joke, in only five tweets! Brevity can be your friend, Kanye.
