Prisoners was the darkest Thanksgiving-set movie in recent history, but Hugh Jackman is still all about the holidays. The Tony-winner and Hollywood action star will host TNT’s annual holiday spectacular Christmas in Washington, a White House-sanctioned gala that will be taped in Washington, D.C., on Dec. 15 and air on TNT on Dec. 20.

The Backstreet Boys, Sheryl Crow, Anna Kendrick, Janelle Monáe, and Train’s Pat Monahan will perform for the Obamas, and TNT’s basketball pundit Charles Barkley will make a special appearance. (As Santa?)

The Obamas, Barkley, “Broadway” Hugh, and the Backstreet Boys… all in one place… singing carols. You’re welcome, Saturday Night Live.
