Covered or uncovered? H&M is asking fans to decide how much David Beckham they want to see on Super Bowl Sunday.
The Swedish retailer has released video clips for two versions of its new commercial for the David Beckham Bodywear line, which will premiere during the big game on Sunday, Feb. 2. The spot was shot by director Nicolas Winding Refn (Only God Forgives, Drive) Viewers with certain models of the Internet-connected Samsung Smart TV will be able to “buy it like Beckham,” shopping for items seen in the ads directly through their television.
Starting January 27, fans will be able to vote on whether they prefer their Beckham #covered or #uncovered. I’m going to go out on a limb and guess that the #uncovered ad – the clip implies that Beckham loses his underpants and arrives at an H&M photo shoot fully naked – will emerge victorious.
