When it rains, it pours. And it poured on tonight’s episode of Survivor Cagayan. But would the gloomy skies ever open up for the Brains tribe, which has already sent two members home? My full recap will be up at midnight [UPDATE: Dalton’s recap is now live!], but if you’d like to sound off on what happened and who went home, then read on for more. [SPOILER ALERT: Read on only if you already watched tonight’s episode of Survivor: Cagayan.]

“Brains tribe in last, as usual,” said host Jeff Probst halfway through tonight’s challenge, and things indeed looked bleak for the alleged braniacs. But after they were finished throwing water all over themselves, the Brains tribe were able to come from behind and not lose a challenge for the first time, sending the Beauty team to Tribal Council instead. After a split vote (which was done as protection against a hidden immunity idol, even though LJ had already found it) tallied two votes each for Brice, Morgan, and Alexis, Brice was ousted on the revote. According to Brice this was because “they wanted the cutest, most fashionable member out first.” Of course they did.

Mother Nature unleashed her wrath on the contestants during the episode, pelting them with rain and wind. (Lindsey, in particular, was not much of a fan.) Meanwhile, Tony copped to one lie (admitting to Sarah that he is, in fact, a cop) while busting out several new lies in the process (like that Cliff wanted to get rid of Sarah, even though I am not entirely convinced at this point that Cliff even knows who the hell Sarah is). Morgan also starred in her own one-woman wet t-shirt contest.

It was another solid outing in what so far has been a very strong season of Survivor. My full recap will be up soon, but hit the message boards here to weigh in with your thoughts. Did the right person go home? Are you loving or loathing Tony? And who is the early favorite to win? Let us know. And for more Survivor scoop, follow me on Twitter @DaltonRoss.
