Last night’s episode of Survivor was filled with some very candid comments from Morgan McLeod. Among the gems was this: “I am used to things being easier for me and not having to work that hard to get things.” And this: “She is a bitter, ugly, old lady. And I think she hates me because I’m cuter than her and have always been cuter than her.” And this: “If any person in the world can decide to be ugly or cute, most would pick cute.” And — after she was voted out — this: “They can say whatever they want at Tribal, that I was spiteful or that I was lazy, but I could care less what they said. I mean, Kass is a child and if she was upset with me — whatever. Grow up. You’re 40. Get over it.”
So does Morgan regret saying some of those comments? We found out today when she called into Entertainment Weekly Radio (SiriusXM, channel 105), and you can now hear the entire interview on the InsideTV Podcast. And we had an all-star in-studio audience on hand for the interview, including Jessica Shaw, Survivor: Blood vs. Water champ Tyson Apostol, Blood vs. Water non-champ Rachel Foulger, and yours truly. Morgan does admit to cringing while watching last night’s episode and wants everyone to know that “I really am not that horrible a person.” Although she does not backtrack from all of her quotes, opining that “beauty can take you further in life.”
How does Morgan feel about the cameras zooming into her cleavage at every opportunity? Does she still consider Kass a “bitter ugly old lady?” And does she enjoy peeing on the floor as Kass accused? She actually tackles this last question in very graphic detail. She also explains why she thinks she would have made the final 3 if Kass had not flipped.
