Peaches Geldof reportedly died of heroin overdose

An inquest into the sudden death of 25-year-old Peaches Geldof – daughter of musician Bob Geldof – has revealed that the TV presenter died of a heroin overdose, according to The Times of London.

Geldof was found dead at her country home in Kent April 7; she was caring for her 11-month-old son, Phaedra, at the time. Police found no drug paraphernalia in the house and initially treated the death as “non-suspicious.”

Her untimely passing came 14 years after Geldof’s mother, British TV presenter Paula Yates, died of an accidental heroin overdose while home alone with Geldof’s half-sister,  Heavenly Hiraani Tiger Lily Hutchence Geldof. The last photo Peaches tweeted and posted to Instagram pictured Geldof as a child in her mother’s arms.
