Police arrested three people outside Taylor Swift’s Rhode Island beachfront home on Sunday, reports The Associated Press.
Connecticut residents 29-year-old Michael Horrigan, 28-year-old Tristan Kading, and 26-year-old Emily Kading (names reported by The Westerly Sun) were charged with misdemeanor breach of peace after throwing beer bottles at Swift’s home and shouting expletives at the security guards stationed on the “Safe and Sound” singer’s property. Swift was not home when the incident occurred.
The Westerly Sun reports that police were able to make the arrests because a security guard on the property photographed them with his cell phone. The trio was released on promise to appear in court and were ordered to not trespass on the singer’s property again.
According to the AP, police have made two trespassing arrests on Swift’s property in the past year.
