After 17 years of marriage, David Duchovny and Téa Leoni are getting a divorce.
People reports that the couple have been separated for months. A TMZ report early Saturday morning says divorce papers were quietly filed in June. The actors had two children together, Kyd Miller, 12, and Madelaine West, 15. Both parents will share joint legal custody, with Leoni being responsible for primary physical custody and Duchovny paying $8,000 in monthly child support along with $40,000 a month in spousal support and all other expenses related to the children.
The couple had briefly separated twice before, once in 2008 and again in 2011.
