Law & Order: Special Victims Unit is loading up on guest stars.

Today’s Hoda Kotb is set to appear as herself in an episode that includes Ron Rifkin (Alias), Brian D’Arcy James (Smash), Stevie Lynn Jones (Crisis), and Dana Wheeler-Nicholson (Friday Night Lights), EW has learned exclusively.

In the episode, titled “Producer’s Backend,” Rifkin reprises his role as Counselor Marvin Exley, who’s representing Tensley (Jones), a young Hollywood starlet in trouble with the law… again. Tensley’s downward spiral causes Benson and the SVU to think there’s a dark, underlying reason for her erratic behavior. James guest stars as a top-level producer, known for giving Tensley and a score of other famous teens their big break. Nicholson will play Tensley’s mom.

Law & Order: SVU returns Sept. 24 at 9 p.m. ET. The episode is slated to air in October.
