Aaron Paul, best known for his role as Jesse Pinkman on AMC’s Breaking Bad, won his third Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama award for his performance on the show’s fifth and final season. It was his fifth nomination.

Accepting the award, Paul asked the audience for another round of applause for the other nominees in the category: Peter Dinklage (Game of Thrones), Jon Voight (Ray Donovan), Jim Carter (Downton Abbey), Mandy Patinkin (Homeland), and Josh Charles (The Good Wife).

“Thank you, thank you so much,” he continued. “My God, Breaking Bad. It has changed my life and I am standing up here because of one man, and that’s Vince Gilligan. … Thank you for believing in me, trusting me to play this guy. I miss him. I love him.”
