Rockstar Games announced the release dates for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows PC versions of last year’s blockbuster Grand Theft Auto V. Console players will be able to return to Los Santos in just a few months, while PC players will have to wait until 2015 to raise hell in the fictional city.
Grand Theft Auto V will hit the PS4 and Xbox One on Nov. 18, while the PC version will debut on Jan. 27, 2015. Both dates are notable for the releases already scheduled to come out on both days: Nov. 18 is jam-packed with Far Cry 4 Dragon Age: Inquistion, LittleBigPlanet 3, and five other major releases, and the January date is also the scheduled arrival of the Saints Row expansion Gat Out of Hell, which will put the two oft-compared series head-to-head in 2015.
Rockstar also released a trailer along with the announcement.
The new versions of the game promise improved visuals along with a host of tweaks to make Los Santos feel more realistic and give players more to do in the city. Rockstar released several more details, including pre-order bonuses and perks players will receive if they also owned the PlayStation 3 or Xbox 360 copies of the game.
