Annie Potts has landed a guest-starring role on Major Crimes, EW has learned exclusively.

The Designing Women and Ghostbusters alum will play Clarissa Fields, astrologer to the stars, who treats her field as a science. She’ll help Major Crimes reverse engineer a decade of murders. Naturally, the detectives will be skeptical until they start to realize that although she may not be able to exactly forecast the future, she can predict the past.

Potts will appear in the season finale alongside other guest-stars Jon Tenney, Billy Burke, Malcom-Jamal Warner and Nadine Velazquez.

Major Crimes airs Mondays at 9 p.m. ET on TNT. The two-hour season finale is slated for Jan. 12.
