Actor Paul Walker’s father, Paul William Walker III, has filed a creditor’s claim of $1.8 million against the estate of Roger Rodas. Rodas was Walker’s friend who was driving the car that crashed, causing both of their deaths.

The claim argues that Rodas’ estate is in possession of “numerous automobiles and other motor vehicles that are either wholly or partially owned” by Walker. Walker’s father, acting as executor of the actor’s estate, wants the vehicles returned and/or Walker’s “proportionate share of any sales proceeds derived from the sale of such vehicles.”

Walker and Rodas died in a November 2013 car accident in Valencia, California.
