Seven cases of measles have been linked to California’s two Disney parks, Disneyland and California Adventure.

According to a release from the California Department of Public Health, the seven people with measles all visited at least one of the two parks between Dec. 15 and Dec. 20.

There hasn’t been a large measles outbreak in the U.S. in at least 15 years, but some have occurred overseas in recent years. Because the Disney parks attract hundreds of international visitors, it’s possible someone from a measles-stricken locale could have brought the disease over.
