Modest Mouse has released a new song, “Of Course We Know,” the fourth from their upcoming Strangers To Ourselves, and accompanied it with a big tour announcement. So far, the dates stretch from March 7 in Tampa and go through July 25, with a couple festival stops, including a spot at the HomeAway Music and Arts Festival in Ontario. It makes for the Northwest indie-rock icons’ most extensive tour in years after they canceled their 2013 tour to work on Strangers To Ourselves

Strangers To Ourselves is due March 17, and three other tracks are already available: the apocalyptic “Lampshades On Fire,” the dark, howling, Moon and Antarctica-like “The Ground Walks, With Time in a Box,” and “Coyotes” (which comes complete with an adorable music video).
