Mitt Romney joined Jimmy Fallon on Wednesday’s Tonight Show, but just before the interview he needed a little help getting psyched up in his dressing room. Luckily, his reflection (aka Fallon) was there to provide Romney with a few talking points to get the ball rolling.

The two poked fun at the presidency, his kids’ names (the “sweet 16”), and even his 2012 election defeat when his reflection reminded Romney that at least the inevitable loss to Evander Holyfield in that charity boxing match wouldn’t be the “first time we lose to a black guy.”

But Romney was a good sport, even when his reflection made fun of his chuckle. He even cracked a few jokes himself.

“Maybe I should talk about the important issues facing our great nation? We’ve got turmoil in the Middle East, an immigration crisis here at home, and now Zayn quit One Direction. Thanks, Obama!”
