New Zealand launches a (fake) Netflix competitor called Nitflux

Netflix has a new (fake) competitor: New Zealand’s Nitflux, which has all of about 10 choices of movies and TV to stream.

The parody ad touts Nitflux’s varied options, including Whale Rider, The Lord of the Rings, and season 1 of Game of Thrones. And all you have to do watch is have your application approved by New Zealand’s prime minister—then pay $66 a week. A steal, especially if you can persuade Bret McKenzie and Jemaine Clement to go in on a subscription with you.
