Serial’s first season ended more than three months ago. But now, it’s coming back—kind of.

Rabia Chaudry, a lawyer and one of Serial host Sarah Koenig’s key sources, announced that she is launching a podcast about Adnan Syed’s case. Chaudry and two other lawyers, Susan Simpson and Colin Miller, will host, and the show “will pick up where Serial stopped off,” Chaudry wrote on her blog.

If this seems like a slight to Koenig, it’s not: Chaudry made clear in her blog post that she’s thankful for Serial. “If I haven’t expressed enough how grateful I am to her and the entire Serial team, even given the times when we didn’t see eye to eye, for literally bringing this case back from the dead, let me do so emphatically now,” she wrote. “We would be nowhere, and would have had no glimmer of hope for Adnan, without them.”

Chaudry didn’t specify when exactly the podcast will premiere but wrote that it will happen in “the next couple weeks.”
