Much of the Internet might love Spike’s Lip Sync Battlebut not Conan writer Andrés du Bouchet: The comedian voiced his thoughts on celebrities lip-synching and late night television in general on Twitter Friday.

“Comedy in 2015 needs a severe motherf–king shakeup,” he wrote in one of several now-deleted tweets. “No celebrities, no parodies, no pranks, no mash-ups or hashtag wars … and shove your lip-synching up your ass.”

Conan O’Brien indirectly replied to du Bouchet’s tweets Sunday: “I wish one of my writers would focus on making my show funnier instead of tweeting stupid things about the state of late night comedy.” Read du Bouchet’s full Twitter rant over at Uproxx.
