The calm, deliberate pace of Spoon’s “Inside Out” is mirrored in the song’s official music video, which the band debuted today.

Frontman Britt Daniel pops up throughout the video, which is replete with slow, panning shots showcasing a number of domestic and more surreal moments—including Daniel taking part in a Point Break-style heist. LeBlanc + Cudmore, who have worked with Belle and Sebastian, Alt-J, and others, directed the video.

The video begins with a recreation of the They Want My Soul album cover before leading into a set of extended one-shot sequences. But here’s some warning, Spoon fans—the video takes a shorter version of the song to keep its pacing rather than the original five-minute track.

Watch the video below and check out EW‘s review of the album for more on Spoon. And beware: If the video is any indication, Daniel may very well be watching you watching the video.
