Ryn Weaver just dropped a dazzling take of “Pierre,” a track off her upcoming album, The Fool. Accompanied by a simple set of strings and a keyboard, Weaver delivers the upbeat tune for Vevo Lift.

Following the release of her EP Promises in August 2014, Weaver has spent much of the year working on her forthcoming album, which features “OctaHate,” the popular hit that cemented the singer’s status as a viral pop sensation.

EW spoke with the singer last summer, and she opened up about her budding career. “I don’t even consider myself a pop star,” Weaver said. “I consider myself a songwriter before a pop artist. I care to write hits, but I care more to write really dope albums.”

The Fool is slated to drop on June 16, but fans can check out the catchy anthem below.
