Aloha, Courtney Love. Director Eli Roth has announced the cast of his Fast Times at Ridgemont High live reading at the Los Angeles Film Festival, and Love is set to star as the uptight teacher Mr. Hand.

Logan Paul will play Mr. Hand’s stoner nemesis Jeff Spicoli (originally played by Sean Penn), and Lily Collins and Haley Joel Osment will star as Stacy and Brad Hamilton, the siblings originally played by Jennifer Jason Leigh and Judge Reinhold. Kumail Nanjiani will play Mike Damone, Daryl Sabara will play Mark Ratner, and Lorenza Izzo will play Linda Barett.

Roth’s live reading of Cameron Crowe’s classic script will close out the festival on Thursday. Amy Hecklering directed the original 1982 film.

“Everyone in the reading is going to bring something really special to their role,” Roth said in a statement to the LA Times. “The original cast is so iconic you cannot replace them, but we can do a really fun alternate version of the movie with everyone interpreting the characters in their own unique way.”
