A court-appointed conservator for Bobbi Kristina Brown, who has been moved to hospice care, has filed a lawsuit on behalf of Bobbi Kristina against her boyfriend Nick Gordon, People reported.

“I filed this lawsuit to pursue justice on behalf of Bobbi Kristina Brown. No human being, male or female, should endure what Bobbi Kristina endured,” Bedelia C. Hargrove told People in a statement through Pat Houston’s lawyer David W. Long-Daniels.

Gordon lived with the only daughter of Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston and has been barred from seeing Bobbi Kristina. In the complaint he is accused of causing “substantial bodily harm” to Bobbi Kristina after continuing “the fraud that he had married Brown” after she inherited a large sum of money.

Bobby Brown and Pat Houston were appointed co-guardians of Bobbi Kristina in May, with Hargrove also appointed a conservator in charge of Bobbi Kristina’s assets.

“Pat Houston and Bobby Brown have done all they can to take care of Bobbi Kristina since this terrible tragedy occurred. I have worked closely with both of them and we all want the very best for Bobbi Kristina,” the statement continued. “This lawsuit represents our collective efforts to get justice for Bobbi Kristina. We pray that justice will be done for her and that it will be swift.”
