Tracy Morgan was photographed at Disney World in Florida on Thursday, celebrating his daughter’s second birthday alongside fiancé Megan Wollover.
Morgan has spent the last year recovering from injuries sustained in a fatal accident on the New Jersey turnpike. His friend, James McNair, died in the crash. “Bones heal, but the loss of my friend will never heal,” Morgan told Matt Lauer during an interview last month. Morgan hasn’t performed since the crash, but vowed to return to the stage when he was ready. “I love comedy. I’ll never stop loving her. I love comedy and I can’t wait to get back to her. But right now my goal is just to heal and get better. I’m not 100 percent yet. I’m not. And when I’m there, you’ll know it. I’ll get back to making you laugh, I promise you.”
Morgan will be honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame this year. “I am honored to be getting a Walk of Fame star,” he wrote on Twitter. “I hope they put me next to my biological father Charlton Heston from Planet of the Apes!”
