See Orphan Black reimagined as a sitcom, horror flick, and telenovela

(BBC America)

Orphan Black’s suburban couple Alison and Donnie get three different makeovers in a series of fake trailers released Friday.

The videos, which were unveiled during the show’s panel presentation at San Diego’s Comic-Con International, reimagine the Clone Club couple as telenovela stars (Las Drogas del Amor — translation: The Drugs of Love), horror film victims (Donnie & Alison 2: Seestra Sineestra) and ’90s sitcom characters (Me and My Monitor!), complete with a theme song à la Friends.

Soccer mom and drug dealer Alison, like all the other Leda clones, is portrayed on screen by Tatiana Maslany. Kristian Bruun plays her husband and former monitor.

Check out the videos above and below, as well as the Orphan Black blooper reel, also showcased during the Comic-Con panel.
