Kelly Clarkson continues to cover other artists’ songs, and continues to give the original performers a run for their money. Sorry RiRi, Clarkson may have your money based on her latest choice: Rihanna’s “Stay.” She performed the track at Pittsburgh’s First Niagara Pavilion on Sunday, and gave the soft song a hearty makeover, lending her tremendous voice to those high notes.

Clarkson gave her tour a communal feel by soliciting fans’ suggestions for covers. “We do a fan request every show, letting someone in the audience pick a song for us to cover,” she recently told EW. “It’s a lot of fun for me and the band because the shows can become monotonous, and this keeps us on our toes.”
