NFL legend Jerry Rice is heading to Hawaii Five-0.

EW has learned exclusively that the hall of famer and former 49ers wide receiver will cameo as himself in the upcoming sixth season. Rice, who will pop up in episode 4, runs into the Five-0 team where McGarrett (Alex O’Loughlin) and the gang are relaxing after a hard day of catching Hawaii’s bad guys.

“Jerry Rice is an NFL legend, as well as just an outstanding gentleman, and we are so glad to have him join the Five-0 ohana for this episode,” executive producer Peter Lenkov says. “And considering McGarrett and Chin’s [Daniel Dae Kim] former glory days of high school football and the team’s annual football games, perhaps Jerry can give them a few pointers.”

Hawaii Five-0 returns Friday, Sept. 25 at 9 p.m. ET on CBS.
