Kanye West ignited the Internet this week, after announcing at during his Video Vanguard Award acceptance speech at the MTV Video Music Awards that he will run for president in 2020. Hey, why not?

To further prove the possible legitimacy of a Kanye campaign, Jimmy Kimmel illustrated why he thinks West would make a compelling candidate — and what West has in common with on Donald Trump — during Monday’s Jimmy Kimmel Live.

Kimmel and his staff put together a video that proved West and and Trump have some overlap in their campaign ideals.

West: “I’m not no politician, bro.”

Trump: “How stupid are these politicians?”

There’s a “Can you match that quote with the presidential candidate?” game in here somewhere.

Watch the clip below to see West and Trump recite similar stances on marijuana, wanting to be liked, and their effect on ratings.
