After teasing a “lil sum” on Instagram, Ariana Grande came through and performed a cover of Justin Bieber’s “What Do You Mean?” She dropped the number during her concert on Friday night at the Houston Toyota Centre, and video shot by audience members has arrived online.

Since the release of “What Do You Mean?,” fans have been pointing out its similarities to Grande’s “One Last Time.” Prior to her show, the pop diva posted a mashup of the two hits on Instragram. “Rehearsinggggg a lil sum to add to the show today,” she wrote.

In less than a week’s time, Bieber’s latest broke a record on Spotify. Streamed more than 21 million times, it became the biggest first week for a single, both domestically and internationally. The singer broke down in tears after performing it last month at the MTV VMAs.

Grande, meanwhile, recently released her perfume “passion project,” while she continues her Honeymoon concert tour.
