The Challenge alumni honor Diem Brown at Ovarian Cancer Caucus launch

(TheChallengeMTV/Twitter)

A few Real World and Road Rules veterans gathered together on Capitol Hill Monday to support fellow alum Sean Duffy, who made his MTV debut on The Real World: Boston in 1997 and is now a Wisconsin congressman, and honor the late Diem Brown.

Brown appeared on multiple seasons of MTV’s The Challenge, and died in November 2014 after a long battle with ovarian cancer. Duffy launched the Ovarian Cancer Caucus Monday, and discussed the cause on his Twitter: “The bipartisan caucus is important to advancing the cause in Congress to silence the silent killer,” he tweeted. “We need to re-energize our focus and our efforts as a society to beat this cancer.”
