Will Smith surprised the music world Friday when he appeared on Bomba Estéreo’s remix of “Fiesta,” but the rapper/actor reveals he’s been back in the studio on his own. In an interview with Zane Lowe on Monday, Smith said he’s recorded over two dozen tracks. “I’m pretty much poppin’ in the studio everyday and I’m looking for artists to collaborate with,” Smith said. ” I’ve probably recorded 30 songs. I have six or seven that I really like.”

The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air star discussed the challenges of getting back in the studio after 10 years and says he’s still trying to find his voice. “I have so many things I wanted to say,” Smith explained. “I’m struggling with saying them that fit the flavor of the music I turn to.”

In addition to working on new music, Smith said he and DJ Jazzy Jeff are planning a tour for summer 2016. “Jeff and I actually have never done a full tour,” he told Lowe. “So I’m looking this summer will be the first time we go out on a full world tour.”

The Beats 1 Radio host also asked about the potential for another Bad Boys movie, and Smith confirmed a third installment is coming within the next 12-16 months.

When discussing one of his current projects, Suicide Squad, Smith admitted he’s never actually met costar Jared Leto. “We worked together for six months and we’ve never exchanged a word outside of ‘action’ and ‘cut.’” Smith said. “I’ve only ever spoken to him as Deadshot and him as the Joker character.”
