Jared Leto and Mark Ruffalo went to New York Comic Con in disguise

Superheros may have secret identities, but celebrities have Comic Con incognito costumes.

Jared Leto and Mark Ruffalo both walked the floor at New York Comic Con this past weekend in disguise, mingling and taking photos with unsuspecting fans who didn’t know a DC villain and Marvel hero were in their midst.

The actors documented their activities on social media, and Leto — who also apparently posted NYCC photos on Snapchat, in addition to Twitter and Instagram — even took a snapshot with a cosplaying Joker. (“He had no idea,” the Suicide Squad star wrote).

Suicide Squad opens in theaters Aug. 5, 2016, while Ruffalo’s Avengers: Age of Ultron came out on DVD and Blu-ray earlier this month.
