If the stylus on your record-player recently put in for terror-induced early retirement, perhaps the blame lies with Waxwork Records. Over the past couple of years, the company has put out vinyl reissues of the soundtracks for some of the most beloved horror movies of all-time, including Re-Animator, Creepshow, Day of the Dead, Rosemary’s Baby, Halloween season favorite Trick ‘r Treat, and Nightbreed.

And the horror continues!!!

Today, Waxwork is releasing a deluxe double-album version of German prog-rock band Popol Vuh’s soundtrack for Werner Herzog’s 1979 film, Nosferatu the Vampyre. The reissue boasts new artwork from Jessica Seamans, which you can see above, and four extra tracks from the film.
