ABC has given freshman comedy The Muppets a full season order — though a full season, in this case, means three more episodes that will ultimately total 16 instead of the standard 22, EW has learned.

The Muppets is a docu-style comedy following Kermit and the gang as they create Miss Piggy’s late night talk show. The series debuted in September to 9.01 million viewers and a 2.9 in the 18–49 demographic. According to ABC, The Muppets is the network’s strongest performing Tuesday comedy in four years, with an average of 2.6 season to date in the demo.

As for the other freshman series, ABC ordered a full back nine for Dr. Ken, while Quantico got six additional episodes, with the potential for more. Fox has picked up The Grinder and Grandfathered for full seasons, the same for CBS with Limitless and Life in Pieces. Over on NBC, Blindspot got the full order.

The Muppets airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
