Mena Suvari is a demon-hunter in new horror show South of Hell -- exclusive trailer

In the new WE tv show South of Hell, Mena Suvari plays a demon-hunter-for-hire named Maria Abascal who has a supernatural force living inside her, which feeds on the evil Maria exorcises from others. Hell’s teeth!

But what is really likely to pique the interest of horror fans is the lineup of talent behind the camera. South of Hell is produced by Jason Blum (Paranormal AcitivityInsidious, The Purge) and filmmaker Eli Roth, the man who brought us Cabin Fever, Hostel, and the recent cannibal movie Green Inferno, among other genre-shockers. The show also boasts episodes directed by Ti West (House of the Devil, The Sacrament), Rachel Talalay (Tank Girl, Doctor Who), and Jennifer Lynch (Boxing Helena, Surveillance, The Walking Dead).

WE tv will screen all seven episodes of the supernatural thriller, Nov. 27, starting at 6 p.m. EST. South of Hell will be available to watch on VOD and digitally, the next day.
