See King's Landing from Game of Thrones recreated with gingerbread

Out of all the ways to immortalize Westeros’ capital city of King’s Landing from Game of Thrones, a gingerbread version might not be the most long-lasting — but it’s one of the most creatively intricate culinary creations.

London-based cake designer Michelle Wibowo created a masterpiece that recreates the aerial shot of King’s Landing from the HBO series’ opener in food form. HBO commissioned the work for the 2015 Taste of London festival at the Tobacco Dock, which is going on until Sunday.

Wibowo also posted behind-the-scenes photos of the creation process. See her bring the Red Keep, The Dragon Pit, and more to life.

Also available at the Taste of HBO room at the festival are food and drink inspired by Game of Thrones, including the Wild Beer Co. brew Winter Wild Beer.
