Lil BUB, the talented feline who rapper El-P told EW is “probably the most famous cat alive in the world right now” earlier this year, drops her new album Science & Magic today. The cat has also shared a music video for one of the album’s highlights, “New Gravity,” streaming exclusively below. With colorful 8-bit animations and sounds, its about what you’d expect from one of the internet’s most popular furry creatures.

Twenty-five percent of net profits from Science & Magic, which press materials assure is “the very first full-length concept album written by a magical space cat,” will be donated to BUB’s Big FUND for the ASPCA to benefit special needs pets.

“BUB is more than just a ‘muse,'” the musician Andrew W.K. explained in a statement. “She wrote this music and used the musicians on this album (BUB’s dude, Mike, and his close friend Matt, who is also the official bubbysitter), as her creative vessels to get the music from inside of her spirit and into your mind. If it weren’t for BUB, this music would not exist. … They are by her, about her, and are her. Listening to these songs is the sonic equivalent to holding Lil BUB in your own arms.”

BUB is currently on a record signing tour where proceeds from all ticket sales are split between Big FUND and local animal shelters in the cities where she stops.
