Jared Leto wasn’t a fan of Taylor Swift’s 1989 — he made that clear in a leaked video posted to TMZ, which featured the rock star listening to the collection and saying things like, “I don’t like this at all – next.” But now, the Suicide Squad actor has apologized for his remarks.

“The truth is I think [Taylor Swift] is amazing + an incredible example of what’s possible,” he wrote on Twitter. “If I hurt her or her fans my sincerest apologies.”

The video surfaced Monday and shows Leto listening to Swift songs like “Welcome To New York” and “Blank Space.” (When the latter comes on he says, “I like this verse, actually.”) But the clip ends with Leto saying, “F— her. I don’t give a f— about her.”
