Add a Golden Globes nomination to the long list of accolades Amy Schumer has racked up this year. Schumer scored a Golden Globes nod for her big screen debut in Trainwreck, and she’ll compete in the Best Actress category against her newfound best friend Jennifer Lawrence (nominated for Joy). And according to Schumer, the nomination means that their friendship, which includes working on a screenplay together and dancing on Billy Joel’s piano, is officially done.

“As soon as I saw that we were both nominated, I took her right out of my phone because our friendship is obviously over,” Schumer joked in an interview on Thursday morning. “It’s really every woman for herself at this point, and I don’t want her to kind of get in my head, you know?”

Kidding aside, Schumer is excited for both Lawrence and Brie Larson, who played Schumer’s sister in Trainwreck and was nominated in the drama lead actress category for Room. “It’s just so nice! My friends!” Schumer said before continuing to praise her pals.

Room blew me away,” Schumer said. “Brie’s performance in that just completely floored me and my sister, and I just love her so much. And Jen, I haven’t seen Joy yet. I get to see it this Sunday, and I just can’t wait. But she always knocks it so far out of the park.”

In addition to going up against Lawrence, Schumer will be competing against Melissa McCarthy, Lily Tomlin, and Maggie Smith, whom Schumer says should watch her back.

“That’s right! She better come correct. She best protect her neck,” Schumer said, laughing. “I mean, I love Maggie Smith. I love Lily, I love Melissa. I just can’t wait to be in the same room as these people.”

Schumer’s Globes nomination caps off a banner year, including an Emmy win for Inside Amy Schumer, a Peabody Award, an HBO special, a Saturday Night Live hosting stint, and a gig opening for Madonna. She doesn’t even have time to stop and celebrate: She called EW as she was walking along the Hudson River, headed right back to work finishing up season 4 of Inside Amy Schumer.

“I’ve been really busy, so I really haven’t had time to stop and take it in,” Schumer said. “This could’ve gone a very different way, huh? I feel amazing. I’m so happy. It was such hard work, and I’m just so grateful that people like the Hollywood Foreign Press paid attention. They’re pretty cool, it turns out!”
