2015 Miss Universe will welcome a trio of big-time performers for its Fox debut. The pageant organizers announced Grammy nominee Charlie Puth, Seal, and The Band Perry will perform live during the Sunday show.
The appearance will cap off a huge 2015 for Puth, one that saw him soar to No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 for his hook on “See You Again,” his collaboration with Wiz Khalifa. The song is up for three Grammys, including Song of the Year.
Seal, the 52-year-old singer, released his newest album& 7 last month. It peaked at No. 45 on the Billboard 200.
The Band Perry arrives to Las Vegas ahead of its third LP, Heart + Beat, due in early 2016. The trio of siblings dished on the upcoming record with EW during October’s inaugural EW Fest in New York and singer Kimberly Perry said, “We’ve had such a great time [making our new record]. We’re always chasing authenticity, every single album that we put forward.”
