New Suicide Squad trailer to debut in January on The CW

If you’ve been hoping for new Suicide Squad footage since the first teaser was unveiled this summer, don’t worry: The CW has got you covered. The network announced that on Jan. 19 it will debut two new half-hour specials: DC’s Legends of Tomorrow: Their Time is Now and DC Films Presents: Dawn of the Justice League, the latter of which will feature the world premiere of the new Suicide Squad trailer.

Hosted by filmmaker Kevin Smith and comic book writer Geoff Johns, Dawn of the Justice League will focus on upcoming films in the DC universe that will eventually bring all superheroes together for a Justice League film. The special will also give viewers a behind-the-scenes look at the upcoming Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, out in March, and as well as sneak peek at the upcoming Wonder Woman film, with interviews from stars Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Gal Gadot, as well as directors Zack Snyder and Patty Jenkins.
