“Heroes” is off 1977’s Heroes, Bowie’s second collaboration with Brian Eno for the Berlin Trilogy and his twelfth album overall. The title track went on to become one of Bowie’s most memorable songs, and has been covered by numerous artists ranging from the Wallflowers to Nicole Kidman and Ewan McGregor in Moulin Rouge to, more recently, Janelle Monáe.
