See orcs and humans collide in intense Warcraft TV spot

War is coming for the medieval realm of Azeroth as previewed in the latest TV spot for Warcraft. The film, from director Duncan Jones, brings to life the MMORPG for a story that unites humans and orcs.

In an attempt to save their race from extinction, the hulking creatures plan to colonize another world, thereby putting them at odds with King Llayne Wrynn (Dominic Cooper) and his people. On the side of the humans is Anduin Lothar (Travis Fimmel), a warrior who must team up with the orcs to save both races.

Though brief, the new footage is packed with scenes of chaotic battles, aerial acrobatics, and glowing phenomena that tease worldwide destruction. “We’ve got an awful lot of introducing to do, both in this movie and inviting audiences in to come see this movie,” Jones previously told EW. “There’s an entirely new world, new characters.”

Warcraft, written by Jones and Charles Leavitt, also features Paula Patton, Ben Foster, Rob Kazinsky, Daniel Wu, and Ben Schnetzer. The film will hit theaters on June 10.
