Rebel Wilson stopped by Good Morning America on Wednesday to talk about her new movie, How to be Single, and — fitting considering the film’s title — she also analyzed the happenings on this season of The Bachelor.

“I have some [dating] rules, like, don’t date a guy who’s dating other women at the same time. That’s a good one, isn’t it?” the actress said. “I think the girls on The Bachelor should maybe take on that role.”

GMA then showed Wilson clips from Ben Higgins’ Bachelor season and asked her to give the women on the show advice.

They start off with Olivia’s attempt to console Ben after he reveals some sad personal news by telling him (and then tearing up) about her cankles.

“I think with this lady, she just needs to be confident in her own skin because when you’re happy with you, you’re probably going to attract the right partner into your life,” Wilson said. “And that’s probably the No. 1 rule and message in the movie How to be Single.”

She also weighed in on Ben’s decision to break up with Haley and keep her twin sister/fellow contestant, Emily, on the show.

“I think she needs a better occupation than ‘twin,’” Wilson notes. For more of her commentary, watch the full video below.

How to be Single, also starring Dakota Johnson and Leslie Mann, opens Feb. 12.
