Zack Snyder teases the new Flash costume on Twitter

(DC Films)

The Flash will briefly appear in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, as EW reported on Monday. But what will his trademark red costume look like?

Zack Snyder gave the tiniest of looks at what duds Ezra Miller will step into. The Justice League director shared a photo with future Aquaman, Jason Momoa. Peek in the top left corner to glimpse a flash of The Flash.

The new costume appears shinier than the leather get-up sported by Grant Gustin in The CW series.

Miller will debut the suit in Batman v Superman, which opens March 25. The film, a sequel to Snyder’s 2013 Man of Steel, stars Henry Cavill as Superman, Ben Affleck as Batman, and features appearances by Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Momoa as Aquaman, and Ray Fisher as Cyborg.

The DC heroes will unite for Justice League — Part 1, which begins filming April 11.

“It was a little bit of an ‘about time’ moment, and I don’t blame [the studio] for feeling that way, because it’s a long time coming,” Snyder said. “But I do feel like it’s a little bit of a creative hurdle. It seems like an easy thing to do at first glance, the idea that, ‘Oh, we just get the rest of the superheroes in there.’ But you have to [establish] a world where they can exist.”
