Against Me! frontwoman Laura Jane Grace will publish a memoir later this year. Noisey editor Dan Ozzi worked on the book with Grace and they both announced the news via social media on Monday. Tranny: Confessions of Punk Rock’s Most Infamous Anarchist Sellout will hit shelves November 15 via Hachette.

“The book mixes narrative about Laura’s life — growing up with dysphoria and playing in our generation’s most influential punk band — with amazing journal entries she’s been keeping since she was a kid,” Ozzi tells EW.

Grace formed the Florida punk group in 1997 and came out as transgender in 2012 in an extended interview with Rolling Stone. The band has released numerous albums, EPs, and demos since its inception, and their most recent release, 2014’s Transgender Dysphoria Blues, documented Grace’s struggle with gender dysphoria and coming out as a transgender woman.
