Alan Cumming is the newest star to fire serves in Battle of the Sexes.

The Good Wife actor has been added to the roster of the tennis biopic with Emma Stone and Steve Carell, his reps confirm to EW.

Cumming hops aboard to play Ted Tinling, a tennis player, designer, and friend of Billie Jean King (Stone). During her iconic 1973 victory over retired male tennis star Bobby Riggs (Carell), King wore a dress designed by Tinling. “It felt absolutely perfect when I put it on,” King said.

“Ted has been everything in the sport of tennis,” King said of Tinling. “He lived through so much history, he was a walking encyclopedia. He was always on the cutting edge.”
